Dear Glen and members of the Miller family, I was so sorry to read about Steve's death. He was in my sixth grade class when I taught in Roanoke, and I have never forgotten him and so many others in that old school that no longer exists. I got to see some of you great "kids" at my niece, Beth's, visitation a few months ago. I have taught many, many students over the years, but I hope Steve knew that he was one of my favorites. He was a happy, funny, athletic kid, and it sounds like he was a joy to family and friends all through his life.
