Arlene Hinrichsen
Goodfield- Arlene Hinrichsen, 88, of Goodfield, IL went to be
with her Lord and Savior at 4:20 pm on Thursday, February 16, 2012
at the Apostolic Christian Home in Eureka where she was a
resident.
She was born on March 21, 1923 in Eureka, IL a daughter of
Leonard and Sally Ifft Fehr. She married Hans Hinrichsen on August
15, 1942 in Peoria, IL. He passed away on September 2, 2000.
Surviving are eight sons, Bill (Jan) Hinrichsen of Goodfield,
IL; Jim (Lauri) of Eureka, IL; Chuck (Brenda) of Goodfield, IL;
Mike (Gerri) of Goodfield, IL; Ron (Jean) of Roanoke, IL; Mark
(Sue) of Eureka, IL; Bruce (JoEtta) of Secor, IL; Keith (Tammy) of
Peoria, AZ; four daughters, Kathy (Jordan) Feucht of Princeville,
IL; Molly (Noel) Davis of Goodfield, IL; Joanne (Alan) Roth of
Congerville, IL; Pam (Mike) Moore of Athens, AL; one brother, Gene
(Marge) Fehr of Eureka, IL; four sisters, Helen Belsley of Eureka,
IL; Madeline Cawley of Eureka, IL; Eunice (David) Beutel of
Tremont, IL; Carol (Alvin) Beutel of Tremont, IL; forty-five
grandchildren, and twenty-eight great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, one brother, two
sisters, and one grandson.
After raising her children, Arlene worked at Gangloff Jewelers
in Eureka for many years.
She was a member of the Goodfield Apostolic Christian Church
where funeral services will be held at 10:00 am on Monday, February
20, 2012. Church ministers will officiate. Visitation will be held
on Sunday afternoon from 1-4 pm at the Goodfield Apostolic
Christian Fellowship Hall and from 9-9:45 am on Monday before the
service at the church. Burial will be in the Goodfield-Congerville
Apostolic Cemetery. Argo-Ruestman-Harris Funeral Home in Eureka is
assisting the family with their arrangements.
