I wish to extend my condolences to the entire family. After learning that John had passed away, my memories of him kicked in. I remember John as being a quiet man with a pleasant sense of humor. We worked for the same company (initially as MetroMail) from the 1970's into the early 2000s. Although for the most part we did not work on the same projects, for a number of years, we did work in the same department. Whenever our paths crossed, I would greet him. I know his mind was always occupied when we met, but he always took time to return my greeting. May his memory live on forever. Sincerely, Ron Hansen
