Sparland
Marcia Jeanne Anthony, 87, of Sparland, formerly of Peoria,
passed away at 11:53 p.m. at Proctor Hospital on Tuesday February
7, 2012. She was born on April 26, 1924 to the late Michael
F. and Erma (Miller) Rewerts. She married Henry K. Anthony on
April 24, 1945 in Peoria; he preceded her in death on June 5,
2000.
She is survived by one son, John (Luann) Anthony, of Sparland;
and two grandsons, Michael Anthony and Jeffery Anthony, of
Sparland. She was preceded in death by one son, James
Anthony.
Marcia was a devoted mother and a homemaker.
Graveside services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Friday February
10, 2012 at Swan Lake Memory Gardens in Peoria. Memorials may
be made in Marcia's name to a charity of the donor's choice.
