Bloomington-Landyn Tray Allen Person, infant
son of Tracy Allen Simmons and Samara Lynn Person, Bloomington,
passed away at 1:34 p.m., Thursday, April 18, 2013 at OSF St.
Francis Medical Center in Peoria.

Services will be held at Evergreen Memorial Cemetery in
Bloomington, Monday, April 22, 2013 at 1 p.m. with Rev. Sylvester
Johnson officiating. Interment will be in Evergreen Memorial
Cemetery.

The family of Landyn has entrusted the care of their loved one
to Kibler-Brady-Ruestman Memorial Home in Bloomington. Memorials
may be made to the family in Landyn's name.

Surviving are his parents, Tracy Allen Simmons and Samara Lynn
Person of Bloomington; two brothers, Jalyn D. Morton, 10,
Bloomington and Kaden J. Person, 6, Bloomington; three sisters,
Avery R.M. Person, 2, Bloomington, Mercedez Simmons, 22, Sterling
and Myk Simmons, 19, Bloomington; maternal grandparents, James and
Kathy Person, Bloomington; paternal grandfather, Willie B. Simmons,
Freeport.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandmother, Norma Jean
Simmons, Freeport.
