Bloomington-Anna M. Cadle, 71 of Bloomington passed away on
Sunday, April 28, 2013 at 2:20 am in Bloomington at OSF St. Joseph
Medical Center.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, May 1, 2013 at 10 am
at Kibler-Brady-Ruestman Memorial Home in Bloomington with Pastor
Larry Sharp officiating. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April
30, 2013 from 5-7 pm at Kibler-Brady-Ruestman Memorial Home.
Interment will follow services at Park Hill Cemetery in
Bloomington. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to PATH
(Providing Access to Help) or to the McLean County Humane Society
in Anna's name. Kibler-Brady-Ruestman Memorial Home in Bloomington
is handling arrangements for the family.
Anna was born on April 5, 1942 in Frankfort, Germany a daughter
to Klara Riedl. She married James L. Cadle on October 15, 1968 in
Basel, Switzerland. He preceded her in death on January 29,
2006.
Survivors include her children, Robert (Britta) Riedl of, Linda
(Don) Hoekstra both of West Germany, and Billy (Heidi) Cadle of
Springfield, IL; six grandchildren; two great grandchildren;
fiancé, Doug Priller of Bloomington; two sisters, Helen Burnett of
Clovis, New Mexico and Giesla Powers of El Paso, TX. Several nieces
and nephews also survive.
In addition to her husband James, Anna was preceded in death by
her mother and one brother, Irvin.
Anna was very active in her churches, First Assembly of God and
Northside Church of Christ both in Normal. She truly loved helping
people and volunteered her time where ever needed.
She enjoyed knitting and quilting. Anna had a passion for Eagle
watching. She was deeply loved and will be sadly missed by her
family and friends.
