Betty Kuhl

Magnolia-Betty Jane Kuhl, of Magnolia passed away at 9:47 p.m.
on Saturday February 23, 2013 at St. Joseph's Nursing Home in
Lacon. She was born on January 8, 1926 in Selby, IL to Guy Long and
his wife Mary Randall. She was married to Wilbur E. Kuhl Sr on
January 9, 1942 in Hennepin.He preceded her on June 4, 2000.

She is survived by children Linda (Randy) Holdcraft of Mcnabb,
Wilbur Kuhl Jr of Washburn, Arthur (Jo Ellen) Kuhl of Putnam, Patsy
Merdian of Toluca, Mary (Michael) Serpette of Putnam, Helen Bogner
of Henry, Margie Smith of Minier, And William (Donna) Kuhl of
Magnolia. Also Surving is brother John (Rosie) Long of Broadwell,
and Sister Darlene Kuhl of Henry. 26 Grandchildren, 41 Great
Grandchildren, and 8 Great Great Grandchildren. Betty was
also  preceded in death by 6 brothers 3 sisters and 5
grandchildren.

Betty was a homemaker and a farm wife taking care of home, kids
and the farm. She also worked at Mid American  growers and
Moews seed corn.

Services will be Thursday February 28, 2013 at 11:00am at Lenz
Memorial Home with visitation on Wednesday February 27 from 5-7 and
also one hour prior to service. Burial will be in Henry City
Cemetery. Memorials can be made to the Family to  help defray
expenses.
