Beverly Guede

Beverly J. Guede, 86 of Lacon died on February 18, 2015 at 4:08 pm in Lacon at St Joseph's Nursing Home. Born on April 14, 1928 to the late Francis and Venus Yerk Toole in Whitefield Township of Marshall County Illinois, she married William Guede on December 13, 1947 in Lacon.
Beverly is survived by her husband Bill, daughters Susan (Gary) Weber of Peoria and Diane (Rick) Roberts of Low Point; sister Elaine (Robert) Kaisler of Racine, WI; grandchildren Jeannine (Tony) Becerra of Kansas City, KS; Marta (Chris) Herget of Dunlap, Brittney (Brad) Palmer of Wexford, PA; Darrick (Jennifer) Robinson of Durango, CO; Danelle (Troy Steeg) Robinson of Chillicothe; and 9 great grandchildren.
Beverly worked at the Pink Elephant in Lacon when her daughter Susie was the owner.
Cremation rites have been accorded and a memorial service will be held on Monday, February 23 at 11 am at Lenz Memorial Home in Lacon with Bob Murphy officiating. A visitation will be held one hour prior to her services. Burial will be in the Lacon Cemetery on April 14. Memorials can be left to the charity of your choice in her name.
