Bryan W. Loy,55, of Lacon died on March 10, 2017 at his residence. He was born on April 4, 1961 to Robert and Marilyn Schrock Loy in Peoria Illinois.
Bryan will be remembered as a devoted & proud father. He was talented at fixing most anything and was certified in computer repair, auto mechanic and general maintenance.
He is survived by: his mother Marilyn Loy of Sycamore; children Morgan Loy, Teagan Loy, & Maxwell Loy all of Yorkville; sister Pam (Joe) Ollinger of Salisbury, MD; brothers Chip (Cheri) Loy of Hoschton, GA; Brad Loy of Woodland Park, CO; stepsisters Joan (Frank) Pool of Lucas, KS; Jeanette (Jeff) Mitchell of San Antonio, TX; and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father Bob and stepmother Pam Nye Loy.
Cremation rights have been accorded and a memorial service will be held on July 20 at 5 pm at Westminster Presbyterian Church in DeKalb, IL with visitation one hour prior to service.
