Darrin Lancaster

Darrin Wade "Charlie" Lancaster, 43, of LaRose died on July 26, 2015 in Larose. Born on August 12, 1971 in Streator to John and Judy Schumacher Lancaster, he was a Mid- County High School graduate raised in Varna. Charlie loved participating in benefit motorcycle rides, mushroom hunting, fishing and anything outdoors. Golfing was a love that his brother Dave shared with him.

Charlie is survived by: his mother Judy of LaRose; father John of Bonita Springs, FL; fiancé Sheila Stillwell of LaRose; daughter Brooke Phillips of Sparland; brother Dave Lancaster of Lacon; and grandmother Simone Lancaster of Bonita Springs, FL. He is also survived by Robert Stillwell of Washburn and Stephanie Stillwell of LaRose, whom he raised.

Charlie was preceded in death by his grandparents, William Lancaster and Lois & Lyle Schumacher.

Services will be Saturday, August 1 at 11 am at Lenz Memorial Home in Lacon with a visitation from 5-7 pm on Friday at Lenz. Burial will be at the Trinity Lutheran Cemetery in LaRose.
