Roanoke - Edna P. Roth , 92, of
Roanoke, passed away at 4:10 p.m. on Sunday, July 14, 2013 at the
Roanoke Apostolic Christian Home.

She was born on August 28, 1920 in
Roanoke, IL a daughter of Charles G. and Mary Bucher Farney. She
married Harold M. Roth on June 4, 1944 in Roanoke. He survives.

Survivors also include two
daughters, Joyce(Charlie) Klees of East Peoria, IL; Eileen R.(Kirk)
Stoller of Latty, OH; three sons, Gary(Sharon) Roth of Johnston,
IA; Donald W.(Beverly) Roth of Manzanillo Colima, Mexico; Dennis A.
Roth of Roanoke; nine grandchildren and one great grandchild.

She was preceded in death by her
parents, three brothers and one step-sister.

Although her baking days are over
and she'll not ride her bike again, this dear lady has left us to
be with Jesus in all eternity. She loved working with her hands to
grow the most beautiful flowers, garden, quilt and bake. With her
giving heart, she blessed hundreds of lives by consistently sharing
with them some of her loving handiwork. She will be dearly
missed.

Edna was a member of Roanoke
Apostolic Christian Church, where funeral services will be held at
10:00a.m. on Wednesday, July 17, 2013. Church ministers will
officiate. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 16, 2013 from
5-7p.m. at Knapp-Johnson-Harris Funeral Home in Roanoke and also
from 9-9:45a.m. on Wednesday before the services at the church.
Burial will be in the church cemetery.

to the Roanoke Apostolic Christian Home.  Online condolences
