Helen Belsley


Eureka-Helen Margaret Belsley, 91, of Eureka, IL
passed away at 3:30 pm on Saturday, June 29, 2013 at the Apostolic
Christian Home in
Eureka.



She was born on August 26, 1921 in Eureka, IL a
daughter of Leonard X. and Salome Ifft Fehr.  She married
William C. Belsley on May 1, 1941 in Peoria, IL.  He passed
away on May 15, 2005.



Surviving are four daughters, Diana (Robert) Kaiser
of Groveland, IL; Jeanie (Larry) Kaufmann of Cissna Park, IL; Betsy
(Loren) Schrenk of St. Louis, MO; Sharon LeRoy of Eureka, IL;
thirteen grandchildren, Susy (Gene) Turner, Ben (Sarah) Kaiser,
Andy Kaiser, Christine (Les) Kaeb, Jill (Jon) Sutter, Tim (Robin)
Kaufmann, Michael (Kori) Kaufmann, Sally (Matt) Walton, Nathan
(Kathy) Schrenk, Rachel (Josh) Miller, Peter (Liz) Schrenk, Matthew
(Alicia) Schrenk, Patrick LeRoy, thirty great-grandchildren, one
brother, Gene (Margaret) Fehr of Eureka; and three sisters,
Madeline Cawley of Eureka; Eunice (Dave) Beutel and Carol (Alvin)
Beutel both of Tremont, IL.



She was preceded in death by her parents, three
sisters, and one brother.



She had a heart for serving others and volunteered
at church, schools, and in the community including Girl Scout
leader, Meals on Wheels, and Apostolic Christian Nursing
Home.  Helen enjoyed sewing, gardening, and
entertaining.  She was a loving mother, devoted to her family,
and beloved by her grandchildren.



She was a member of the Apostolic Christian Church
of Eureka where funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on
Saturday, July 6, 2013 at the church. Church ministers will
officiate.  Visitation will be held on Friday, July 5, 2013
from 5-7 pm at the Argo-Ruestman-Harris Funeral Home in Eureka and
from 10-10:45 am before the service at the church.  Burial
will be in the Roanoke Apostolic Christian
Cemetery.
