Imogene May Rickey of Lacon died on February 18, 2018 at Methodist Medical Center. She was 87 years old.
Born in Sparland on September 9, 1930 to the late Ben and Mable (McDonald) Kenyon, she married Clyde Rickey in Sparland on August 15, 1970. Imogene was an Avon Representative within the Lacon-Sparland area for over 55 years. She enjoyed spending time with her husband, family and friends. She was an avid camper and enjoyed staying at the Kentuckyana campground and attending their country music shows. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
She is survived by her son Terry (Madi) Stuff of Peoria, Steven (Vickie) Stuff of Lacon, Daughter Christine Stuff of Chillicothe, Step Son Jerry Rickey of Peoria, 9 Grandchildren,
13 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandson. Imogen was preceded in death by her husband Clyde Rickey, Step daughter Janet Grebner, brother Harold Kenyon, and a grand-daughter.
Imogene's funeral will be held at Lenz Memorial Home in Lacon on Saturday February 24 at 10:00am with visitation on Friday 5 - 7pm. Burial will follow in the Lacon Cemetery. Memorials can be made to Chillicothe Christian Church and online condolences can be left at lenzmemorialhome.com
