Janice L. Saxton

Janice L. Saxton of rural Magnolia died at 9:10 pm on
Tuesday, December 17, 2013 at Heartland Healthcare in Henry. She
was born February 26, 1944 to the late Casimir and Martha Marie
Mitchell Fosler in Streator, IL. Janice married Tommy Saxton on
August 2, 1963 in Streator.


She is survived by her husband Tom; daughters Becky (David) Stemm
of Rockford, Karen (Thomas) Brandenburg of Beloit, WI, and
daughter-in-law Julie Saxton of South Beloit, IL; brother Robert
Fosler of Beloit, WI.  Also surviving are grandchildren
Lindsay, Ashlee, and Tyler Saxton; Melissa and Jenna Stemm; Baily
Brandenburg; and great grandchildren Landon, Clayton, and coming
soon, Bentley. She was preceded in death by her son, Tim
Saxton.



Janice enjoyed refinishing furniture, camping, and playing cards
with family and friends.



A memorial visitation will be held from 2-4 pm on Sunday
December 22 at Lenz Memorial Home in Lacon. Inurnment will be in
the Magnolia Cemetery at a later date. Memorials can be made to the
Putnam County Ambulance. Online condolences can be left at
