Joshua Wiesenhofer

Josh R. Wiesenhofer, 34, of Henry, formerly Lacon, died on July 16, 2017 at his home.

He was born in Peoria on November 22, 1982 to Don and Laura Randall Wiesenhofer. Josh was a concrete tender for Cochran concrete for many years.

Always a friend and ready to help out, his impish nature fueled friendships that he developed with many people. He loved going duck hunting and anywhere where people were gathering for a good time.

He is survived by: his mother Laura (Gary Benz) Lenz of Lacon; father Don (Paula) Wiesenhofer of Minonk; brothers Justin (Holly) of Lacon & Andy of Minonk; sisters Gracie, Emmy, & Allie Wiesenhofer of Minonk; grandmother Sally Lazam of Lacon; aunts Kim Lacock & Betty (Dave Oltman) Blowe both of Lacon; uncle Rodney (Shennon) Randall of Chillicothe & Tony (Lisa) Randall of Chicago; Andy (Shelley) Wiesenhofer of Athens, IL; John (Dori) Wiesenhofer of Minonk; Jodi (Skeeter "Bill") Miller of Bartonville; and many nieces, nephews, & cousins.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents Richard Randall, Don Wiesenhofer, and Grace McCormick.

Funeral services for Josh will be Saturday, July 22 at 1 PM at Lenz Memorial Home in Lacon. Visitation will be held from 11 AM to 1 PM prior to the service. Burial will be in Lacon Cemetery.
