Kathy Kuni

Kathy Kuni, age 67, of Laurie, Missouri passed away Tuesday, September 30, 2014, at her home. She was born on January 17, 1947 in Peoria, Illinois to Jack and Emma Head of Sparland, Illinois.
She is survived by her mother, Emma Head; brother, Jerry Head; two sons, Bruce Head and Mark Haun and wife Sandy and granddaughter, Megan Haun all of the Laurie and Sunrise Beach area. She was preceded in death by her father, Jack Head.
At the time of her death, she was employed at Fred and Patty's Trails End Restaurant in Laurie. Before moving to Missouri, she was employed as a saleswoman in Peoria, Illinois for twenty-five years.
She will be sadly missed by her family and friends in both Missouri and Illinois.
Graveside services and interment will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, October 6th in the Lacon Cemetery in Lacon, Illinois. A celebration of Kathy's life will be held at 11:00 a.m.Wednesday, October 8th at the West Lake Christian Church in Laurie with Pastor Kelly Caldwell officiating.
