Kenneth "Jerry" Kenagy

Eureka- Kenneth "Jerry" Kenagy, 70, of Eureka, IL passed away at
10:14 am on Saturday, February 1, 2014 at Advocate Eureka
Hospital.


He was born on December 9, 1943 in Peoria, IL a son of Kenneth W.
and Kathleen Davidson
Kenagy.


Surviving are three sisters, Susan (Henry) Sprehe of Green Valley,
AZ; Joanne (Joseph) Weber of Marana, AZ; Alice (Larry) Mooberry of
Congerville, IL; three nephews, one niece, one great-nephew, and
two great-nieces.


He was preceded in death by his parents.


Jerry was a graduate of Eureka High School and DeVry Tech.
He was employed by Schrepfer and Martin and later by Caterpillar,
Inc.


He was a member of the Eureka Christian Church.  He enjoyed
volunteering at the Et Cetera Shop and gave many donations to the
Food Pantry in Eureka.  He also enjoyed traveling with his
parents to Arizona and California to visit relatives.


Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am on Friday, February 7,
2014 at the Argo-Ruestman-Harris Funeral Home in Eureka.
Pastor Jennie Churchman will officiate.  Visitation will be
held on Thursday evening from 4-7 pm at the funeral home and one
hour prior to the service on Friday.  Burial will be in Olio
Township Cemetery.


In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the
