Kenneth Kitterman

Kenneth C. Kitterman, 80, of Lacon, formerly Galva, died on July 29, 2018 at his residence. Born to the late Cecil and Mildred Anderson Kitterman, he was an Automatic Flight Control Technician in the United States Air Force for over 21 years. Ken was a member of the Chillicothe Sportsmen's Club and RC Flyers. He married Judy Morrell and had two children. Ken later married Karen Abernathy on December 26, 2004 in Mathis, Texas.
Ken is survived by his wife Karen; son Randy (Crystal) Kitterman; grandchildren Mitchell Kitterman and McKenzie Kitterman; step grandson Eddie (Nechie) Sims; step great grandchildren Maycie, Mylee, and Makoy; step grandson Tim (Melissa) Sims; step daughters Kimberley (Mike) Sleater, Kristine Merschman, and Kylene Diaz; and step granddaughter Karly Diaz. He was also preceded in death by his daughter Debbie Kitterman.
Cremation rights have been accorded and graveside with military services will be held at a later date in the Chillicothe Cemetery for family. Memorial contributions can be left to St. Joseph's Nursing Home and online condolences can be left at lenzmemorialhome.com
