Mark Flesburg

Mark O. Flesburg, 55, of Lacon IL, formerly Varna, died on August 12, 2021 at his residence. He was Born on February 1, 1966 to Mervin and Barbara (Osborne) Flesburg.

Mark graduated from Mid County High School and was a flooring installer with Classic Floor Covering of Henry for over 20 years.

Mark loved bonfires with friends and good conversation. A customer once said “I never knew him till he came to install my floor, but now it’s like I have known him forever. He’s a great guy”.

Mark is survived by his daughter Kiersten Flesburg of Indianapolis IN, mother Barbara Flesburg of Lacon, sister Lisa (Kevin) Whited of Lacon, niece Megan (Ismael) Arreguin of Peoria, and nephew Matthew Long of Lacon.

Cremation rites have been accorded and a memorial visitation will be held on Friday, August 20 from 5 to 7 PM with private family graveside service in the Lacon Cemetery at a later date. Memorials can be made to the ARK Animal Shelter and online condolences can be left at lenzmemorialhome.com
