Michael L. Leslie



Wyoming- Michael L. Leslie, 60, of Wyoming, IL passed away at
6:50 am on May 13, 2013at his daughter's residence in Henry,
IL.


He was born on March 30, 1953 in Streator, IL the son of the late
Robert C. and Dorothy M. Petersen Leslie.  He married Lois J.
Crank on April 7, 1979 in Lacon, IL.  She
survives.


Also surviving are two daughters, Cynthia (Jared) Nighsonger of
Henry, IL; Melody (Larry) Beach of Peoria, IL; six brothers, Robert
(Angie) Leslie, Jr. of Peoria, IL; Albert Leslie of Texas; Gary
Leslie of Monroe, LA; Donnie and Wayne Leslie of Springfield, MO;
Dale Leslie of Southern Illinois; one sister, Norma (Dennis) Jordan
of Sunnyland, IL; one half brother; one half sister; and four
grandchildren, Rebecca, Leah, Laura, and Michael.


He was preceded in death by three sisters, Melody Leslie, Marian
Wentjen, and Nancy
Branscomb.


Michael worked as an assembler at Caterpillar, Inc. for over 30
years.


He was a member of the Central Illinois Wing Riders.  He had
a love for trains of all sizes.


Memorial services will be held at 3:00 pm on Sunday, May 26, 2013
at the Lacon Sparland United Methodist Church with visitation one
hour prior.  Rev. Paul Wier will officiate.  Cremation
rites will be accorded.  Lenz Memorial Home is assisting the
family with their
arrangements.
