Micheal Collins

Micheal L. Collins, 48, of Lacon, died on Sunday, October 23, 2016 at Good Samaritan Hospital in Downers Grove, Illinois. Born on May 13, 1968 in Lake Village, AR to Richard and Clara Gulledge Collins, he married Tudtu "Dew" Mathesius in Arkansas on April 19, 1988.

Micheal is survived by his wife "Dew" of Lacon, son Austin of the USS Barry, son Tyler of Lacon, mother Clara Gulledge Wood of Conway, AR; father Richard Collins of Texas, sister Teresa Ainsworth of Crossett, AR; sister Michelle Alarcon of Issaquah, WA; and half-brother Colby Collins of Texas.

Micheal was a maintenance supervisor for Komatsu in Peoria and loved skydiving.

Funeral services for Micheal will be held on Friday, October 28 at 11:30 at Lenz Memorial Home in Lacon with visitation time one hour prior to services. After services cremation rights will be accorded. Memorials can be made to the family and online condolences can be left at lenzmemorialhome.com
