Sharon Lenz

Sharon Lenz, 80, of Lacon died on November 12, 2015 at Unity Point Proctor Emergency room in Peoria. Born on January 19, 1935 to the late Harry and Cecilia Neuhalfen Mead in Chillicothe, she married Ronald P. Lenz on October 26, 1957. Ron passed on September 17, 2006.

Sharon was a member of Immaculate Conception Church and the Alter and Rosary Society. She was the owner of Craft Corner in Lacon for over 20 years.

Sharon is survived by her son Todd (Amy) Lenz of Lacon; sister Mary "Audrey" Noll of Chillicothe; grandchildren Amanda, Alex, Quinn, & Catherine, and 2 great grandchildren.

She was also preceded by 2 brothers, one sister, and her son Bryan on January 22, 2009.

A Mass will be held on Monday, November 16, 2015 at 11 am at the Immaculate Conception Church in Lacon. Father Tom Mizeur will officiate. Visitation will be one hour prior to services at her church.
