Shirley Schultz

Shirley R. Schultz, 83, of Sparland IL, died on April 10, 2022 at her home. Born in Chillicothe Illinois on August 28, 1938 to the late Howard and Melissa (Spence) Passage, she married Richard Schultz on January 10, 1959 in Peoria. Richard died on June 30, 2002.

Shirley was a homemaker that raised eight children. She was a woman that told it like it was, whether you wanted to hear it or not. She loved all animals and nature. Shirley will be missed by all that knew and loved her.

Shirley is survived by her sons Edwin (Carol) Schultz of Sparland, Steve (Christina) Schultz of Henry, daughters Theresa Flint of Gardena CA, Mary Siegfried of Henry, Lora (Ed) Male of Magnolia, Crystal (Geoff) Greenwood of Lacon; 16 grandchildren; and many great grandchildren & great great grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by her brothers Howard & Charles Passage; Sister Alta Moreau; sons Kenneth & Scott Schultz; and granddaughter Shawna Klein

Cremation rights have been accorded and there will be no services at this time. Shirley will be scattered in her favorite place by her family at a later date. Memorials can be made to the ARK animal shelter and online condolences can be left at lenzmemorialhome.com
