Stephen Goodwin


Eureka- Stephen Arthur Goodwin, 63, of Eureka, IL, passed
away Wednesday February 27, 2013 at 12:25 am at his
residence.

He was born on September 17, 1949 in Peoria, IL a son to Arthur
and Wilma Nicholson Goodwin.  He married Marjorie Fehr on
August 27, 1987 in Peoria, IL. She survives.

Also surviving is one step-son, Jeff (Rachel) Clauss of Pontiac,
IL; one sister, Julann Goodwin of Chillicothe; and two step
grandchildren, Brittany and Micah.

He was preceded in death by his parents and
grandparents.

A Marine veteran, Stephen served his country during the Vietnam
War.

Stephen was a heat treat operator working for Komatsu for 15
years, SMF in Minonk for several years, and most recently Miller
Welding in Washington.

He loved the outdoors and especially enjoyed fishing.

Per his request, private family services will be conducted and
Tom Swanson will officiate.  Burial with military rites will
be in Olio Township Cemetery, Eureka.  Argo-Ruestman-Harris
Funeral Home in Eureka is in charge of arrangements.
