"Wendy" Debra Faye Mietelski

Deborah Faye “Wendy” Mietelski, 63, of Magnolia Illinois, passed away on April 5, 2023 with her devoted husband by her side. Born in Shreveport Louisiana on July 31, 1959 to the Late Eugene and Edna (Shealy) Snyder, she married Jerome “Jerry” Mietelski on August 27, 1977 in Wenona.

 Wendy suffered for many years with illness, but through it all always remained a pillar of strength for many. She loved her family, pets, and friends with everything she had. She always stood up for and did what she thought was right for the ones she loved. She would try to rescue anything or anyone in need.

Wendy is survived by, her rock for 45 years, her husband Jerry; daughters Charity Mietelski, April (Paul Stromberg) Kintgen, Jessika (Nathan) Schupp, Annatasia Mietelski; brother Rick (Susan) Snyder; and 12 grandchildren.

Cremation rites have been accorded and a visitation memorial will be held on Saturday, April 22 from 1 to 3 PM at Lenz Memorial Home in Lacon. Online condolences. Can be left at lenzmemorialhome.com
